Lead a successful organization, to deliver key channel sales growth strategies for Enterprise segment that influence incremental revenue, market share & competitive advantage through insight-driven engagement with Dell EMC channel sales organization & partner business needs.

Working within a matrix organization you will be in charge of leading & executing  country partner sales strategy and GTM program for “Enterprise business” -- while leveraging the broader Dell EMC functions such as business units, finance & operations, channel productivity & enablement, partner marketing, pre sales, services, channel sales, Inside Sales and the rest of Dell Technology companies in order to be effective.

You will :

  • Plan & deliver GEO insights that can help determine which levers (metrics) can actually help improve sales efforts and align the Enterprise Sales Organization to the channel and Dell EMC business strategy.. Increase sales effectiveness within the channel organization through successful implementation of elements executed through the organization charter e.g. channel sales productivity, sales governance, etc. to deliver increased opportunity pipeline through well-orchestrated Dem Gen programs.. Successful rollout of all global, APJ-led, GEO-led programs based on agreed framework and metrics.

  • Identify and lead all channel initiatives execution and table specific GEO requirements within Enterprise charter to APJ/Global teams.. Identify and prioritize Enablers and Blockers to the productivity of the channel. Put in place and lead resolution plans for each of the enablers and blockers.. Represent and drive decisions for Dell EMC Channels related to all aspects within Enterprise charter, working with ENT Leadership and required key stakeholders.

  • Design and deliver programs that will affect mid-term pipeline build/ coverage gaps. Identify, develop, progress new & existing internal & external capability – making sure there is coverage and skills required to support the channel business needs. Clear understanding of the various moving parts and inner workings that contribute to high sales performance. Excellent understanding of the GEO channel landscape

  • Experience on developing and executing on high growth Business plans and Partner plans. Understand lagging and leading indicators  that helps measure channel performance results but more importantly, gives the business the ability to predict outcomes

Essential Requirements
• 12 to 15 years of related field sales experience
• Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
• Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior level leadership and executives

Desirable Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
