We lead the planning and implementation of high-value, quality human resources programs, practices and procedures for people at all levels. Key Responsibilities 

Our investment is for longer-term to develop you as the HR practitioners of the future. As such, our Global HR Rotational Program aims to give talented HR professionals the opportunity to experience 3 different types of HR roles over a period of 3 years to prepare you with the experience and expertise needed to succeed in your role.

Each 12 months you will rotate to a new assignment that will be individually structured to leverage your academic experience in order to enhance your HR knowledge and create a personalized development plan best suited for you.

Essential Requirements 

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or relevant equivalent within past 12 month

  • Fluent in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong drive for results

  • Effective team player and cross-functional contributor

Desirable Requirements 

  • work experience in HR (or relevant)

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-directed and motivated; Passion for analytics

This position is part of our global HR Rotation Program and all of our rotationers start at the same time - if you are a successful candidate, you will start in February 2023.
