Job Role and Responsibility:

We are seeking a highly capable data analyst to enhance the accuracy and integrity of our organization's data. The role will be performing data analysis, collaborating with database developers to enhance data collection and storage, and preparing data analysis reports.

To ensure success as a data analyst, the role should exhibit extensive knowledge of data analysis techniques and experience in a similar role. A top-notch data analyst will be someone whose data analysis expertise results in reliable information for company executives.

  • Performing statistical analysis on large datasets to determine data accuracy and integrity.

  • Collaborating with database developers to improve data collection and storage processes.

  • Running data queries to identify coding issues and data exceptions, as well as cleaning data.

  • Gathering data from primary or secondary data sources to identify and interpret trends.

  • Reporting data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs.

  • Documenting processes and maintaining data records.

  • Adhering to best practices in data analysis and collection.

  • Keeping up to date of developments and trends in data quality analysis.

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand business requirements & demonstrate ability to develop and prepare business analysis, plans & business requirement definitions

  • Requirement gathering and document the Business & functional requirements.

  • Understand the as-is business process, and identify areas that would impact integrity of Master data

  • Work with cross-functional & IT teams to identify/define the solution Def.

  • Perform the data profiling to identify the trends & patterns of data issues

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand business data improvement and focus areas of business

  • Responsible for business process understanding and documentation of Data Management process

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and critical data elements across functional areas.

  • Identify data sources and data fields for Data completeness, Accuracy & Relevancy Scorecard.

  • Work with cross functional stakeholder for issue resolution

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of industry experience in Data Management practices and methodologies

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information management, or similar.

  • Extensive experience with SAP MDG, Oracle, SAP HANA, MDM Technology.

  • Proficiency in programming languages, including Structured Query Language (SQL) and Python.

  • In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and tests.

  • Exceptional analytical skills.

  • Avaneced problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of best practices in data analysis.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good understanding and working knowledge of ‘Data-As-A-Service’ framework

  • Attention to detail and strong personal organizational skills and able to work in fast paced, high volume environment

  • Should have exhibited accountability, ownership, and decision-making capabilities

  • Self-directed and proactive approach to tackling problems and leveraging resources

  • Strong verbal and writing skills, project and time management skills, ability to work in teams

  • Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment

  • Experience with identifying improvement opportunities, defining and implementing new processes

  • Should perform end to end RCA on issues and challenges that are reported by business system users and process owners

  • Should have excellent knowledge on proactive data analysis in conjunction with business needs

  • Good understanding on all or any two of the domains (Customer, Product and Vendor)

Preferred Skills:

  • Should have excellent comunicación skills and deal with senior leadership team.

  • Understand the business and technology side of MDM and could communicate with technical and businesspeople
