Business Summary:

This role, within the Learning & Development Operations team, is pivotal to deploying strategic initiatives to support and drive impact within our People Priorities. You will work hand-in-hand with Solution owners from across HR to drive best-in-class learning solutions for our employees, managers, leaders and team. You are pro-active and take initiative to set the deployment strategy, complete tasks and projects autonomously, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of deploying development solutions, great project management skills and adept at creating structure and processes that foster efficiency and alignment. We are seeking a teammate who is a highly effective communicator, and collaborative thought partner with a global and inclusive mindset.

Job Role and Responsibility:

  • Project manage the deployment and delivery of learning solutions/initiatives globally, including program rollouts, pilot programming and more

  • Partner with Solution owners to establish requirements for quality, scalability, and consistent program rollouts

  • Manage and support your regional learning calendar along with the resources needed to execute, internal and external facilitator availability, budget, etc.

  • Execute logistics for individual programs, including participant communications, registration, materials, facilitator preparation, onsite/webinar support, expense tracking, and evaluations – while leveraging our team partnerships

  • Collect and analyze learning data that drives continuous improvement and operational efficiencies in GPD processes and procedures; design and implement innovative solutions

  • Provide system administration support (i.e. support our learning management system -Saba) to effectively track learning records

Required Skills:

  • 5 + years of strong project management experience and learning development

  • Experience with Learning platforms (LMS, Data repository, Knowledge Base)

  • Proven customer service or consultative experience

  • Problem solving. Able to quickly get to root cause and implement corrective actions. Coordinates with stakeholders and partners to resolve problems. Ability to effectively adapt to changing environment. Agile

  • Highly organized and able to efficiently manage multiple priorities. Meets deadlines. Strong operational focus. Process improvement experience.

  • Excellent Communications skills (Written leveraged for documentation, email, in addition to presentation skills). Microsoft Suite skills

  • Effectively manage expectations, uses sound judgement, escalate concerns when necessary

  • Virtual Training Production Skills

  • Vendor/Supplier Management + Managed Service experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Facilitation Skills Experience with change management. (facilitate a process or predetermine content)
