What you’ll achieve

As an Engineering Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring proper release life cycle including planning, definition, construction, validation, collaboration, and release execution control. The responsibility includes planning & tracking of release milestones and associated engineering deliverables and providing routine, timely, and up-to-date cross-engineering status updates for all ongoing programs to Engineering management.
The Engineering Program Manager will be part of ‘Agile Champions’ team which is taking central role in the engineering organization transition to ‘Agile’ culture.

You will:

  • Map project stakeholders, gain their trust and work in collaboration with all departments
  • Develop and monitor engineering and cross functional program plans
  • Track project deliverables and facilitate engineering programs and activities
  • Identifies risks, drive mitigation plans and provides status on scope, timeline, deliverables, and risks
  • Lead the discussion at status meetings, prepare the agenda, ask the questions, follow up on action items and distribute detailed meeting summaries

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in program management in ‘Agile’ software development organizations
  • 4+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in software development program management roles in ‘Agile’ based environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with Agile@scale – advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree
