Be a part of RSA Anti-Fraud Business Unit (BU)’s internal cyber security team to help design, build and manage RSA’s corporate & Software as a Service (SaaS) security infrastructure and services. This is an exciting opportunity to reimagine our corporate infrastructure utilizing industry leading technologies and collaborate with our digital transformation office teams as part of RSA’s transition into a standalone security company. The greater Security Architecture & Engineering team is accountable for providing security architecture, security consulting, security engineering and product security governance to the business. We are seeking individuals who share our values, thrive in a team environment, and recognize the importance of accountability; people who strive to exceed expectations to ensure our success. With team members located globally, you will have an excellent opportunity to influence the security culture at RSA and further develop your career.     

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Architecture, Strategy and Consulting regarding cybersecurity capabilities for both on premise and SaaS security environments areas such as next generation firewall, web proxy, vpn, firewall as a service, antivirus, endpoint detection & response, vulnerability management, multifactor authentication, identity & access management solutions, centralized log management/SIEM platforms, and secure cloud implementations 
  • Be the subject matter expert on the technical solution implementation details for security capabilities across the business unit
  • Accountable for Security Architecture strategy, security capability maturity roadmaps, oversight of effectiveness and operational execution
  • Create technical standards, guidelines and documented reference architectures for engineering and IT reference
  • Build cloud security strategy, supporting documentation and overall maturity plan for the BU
  • Provide cybersecurity consulting support for project design reviews, technical remediations, third party technical risk reviews and emerging security threats
  • Provide technical control implementation expertise against security compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, PCI-3DS, ISO 27001/2, NIST 800-53
  • Work cross-functionally with other leads in security, IT or business functions to meet project milestones and service levels
  • Drive corporate programs and ensures deadlines are met while also ensuring that security goals and initiatives are successfully implemented
  • Communicates and translates RSA Anti-Fraud technical security vision/strategy to organization
  • Creates a collaborative environment across IT, Engineering and business functions to achieve defined business security outcomes
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the cybersecurity team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Security or related major; or equivalent job experience
  • 6+ years direct Security Architecture or Senior Security Engineering in a progressive technology setting, utilizing both MS Azure and AWS cloud service providers
  • 12+ years technical Security subject matter expertise in multiple area such as Network Security, Endpoint Security, Identity & Access Management, Secure Software Development Practices, Cloud Security, Encryption
  • Strong security expertise in various Cloud Service Providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP with demonstrable examples of security architecture frameworks, standards and secure process
  • Strong expertise in secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) and DevSecOps practices
  • Experience with leveraging automation strategies via infrastructure or configuration as code practices
  • Ability to lead, influence, motivate and direct a workgroup to achieve results
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects and/or deliverables
