APEX Transformation Snr Program Manager (Sr. Consultant) - Remote US

Transformation Program Management is a worldwide team that’s vital to the ongoing evolution of Dell Technologies. It has an impact on team members, processes, technology and organizational change in business units right across the company. It’s all about using strong technical knowledge and identifying industry best practices to enrich program solutions. .

What you’ll achieve
Designs, develops and articulates project objectives, approach, hypotheses, data requirements and work plan. Leverages key internal and external resources to build own content knowledge of industry and business trends. Synthesizes results to extract themes and insights from analysis. Identifies audience needs and suggests appropriate communication mediums. Presents findings and evidence concisely and appropriately in meetings. Works collaboratively with business partners across functions and groups. Acts as a thought partner / “trusted advisor” for Executives across the company. Identifies and brings key strategic issues and opportunities forward in a clear and structured way. Responsible for operationalizing large, highly complex programs or potentially a portfolio of programs. Required to work cross-functionally driving alignment and accountability for initiatives.  Manages and articulates project in a manner that team members understand direction, their role and responsibilities. Challenges the status quo and enables the team to break patterns of thinking and behavior.

Essential Requirements

  • Expert at influencing others & driving for results

  • Cloud solutions and aaS experience. Expert technical knowledge in several areas related to specific role (intellectual capacity)

  • Expert program management skills. Expert process and change management skills

  • Expert interpersonal and communication skills (peer-to-peer, executive communications), written and verbal. Expert complex problem solving skills Expert teamwork skills

  • Expert Qualitative and Quantitative Analytical ability. Expert innovative and structured thinking

Desirable Requirements

Typically requires 15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12+ years and a Master’s degree
