Join us as a Global CoC Escalations and Planning Senior Advisor on our Operations team in Remote US to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve
Support the Sales and Business Operations organizations on high profile escalation process. Partner with Sales, Business Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to execute on best practices to prioritize manufacturing production across multiple global manufacturing facilities. Facilitate driving continuous business improvements to the organizational processes to align with changing global environment.

You will:

• Support the Sales and Business Operations organizations on high profile escalation process

• Collaborate with manufacturing plants on communication and priorities of these escalations to production

• Self-motivated, demonstrating an ability to assume responsibility and work autonomously

• Act as a trusted advisor to manufacturing & business operations for guidance and support

• Work with customer-facing teams to ensure that a customer’s experience exceeds their expectations.

• Anticipate customer needs and proactively mitigate risk throughout the order/escalation life cycle

• Experience driving technology and digital transformation programs in house

• Excellent communication, presentation and program management skills

• Role requires flexibility as the business dictates due to supportability needed for quarter ends

• Provide leadership and act as subject matter expert to Escalation team

• Ability to listen, think logically, strategically, and tactically to solve complex problems

Essential Requirements

• Execute on territory support structure for Escalations and Pre-allocation requirements

• Act as central hub supporting both the sales and manufacturing fulfilment operations, previous experience in either role is a requirement.

• Focus on change management, implementing best practices to ensure critical improvements in operations are implemented and monitored to increase efficiency (Lean Six Sigma, PMP or Kaizen a plus)

• Proactive, Strong communication and networking skills which proved track record executing under tight timelines.

•Expert in Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

Desirable Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree

• Lead large projects with in the group and at times lead cross-functional projects

• Project Management/Agile experience a plus
