We are seeking a talented Product Manager, Offer Strategy & Operations with an entrepreneurship spirit to support the strategic Enterprise Edge initiative. What you’ll achieve:
As a Product Manager, Offer Strategy & Operations, you will be working cross functionally to gather requirements and design the sales configuration experience of an edge solution.

You will:

  • Design Business process analysis to automate reports

  • Provide regular reporting to executives and gather business insights

  • Develop data models to cleanse, interpret and reconcile information from various sources

  • Maintain a large database and ensure data consistency and accuracy

  • Create ad-hoc queries to augment existing reports using SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, and other tools

  • Support other initiatives to enable a successful product launch, such as learning about the Dell sales ordering tools and training sales on how to configure the product

Essential Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytic tools: SQL, Tableau, and PowerBI

  • Experience with executive presentations

  • Business acumen and ability to provide insights based on data

  • Ability to quickly learn and understand Del back-end tools across sales, purchasing, finance, manufacturing, engineering, support, and services.

  • Excellent project management skills. Highly organized and great at multi-tasking. Meticulous about managing the details of every project and the impact of each detail on project success. Identify task dependencies and coordinate multiple related projects.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • 2-3 yrs of industry experience, BS

Desirable Requirements

  • Some understanding of IT technology trends such as Edge and Cloud

  • Great problem-solving skills. Recognize problems and obstacles quickly. Frame up issues to seek solutions and know when to escalate. Triangulate feedbacks from cross-functional team.
