Job Description Summary

As a Senior Advisor, Product Marketing for Dell Technologies Services, you will be responsible for creating the positioning, messaging, collateral, online content, and sales enablement materials for our Strategic Services portfolio of offers.

A Senior Advisor, Product Marketing is expected to have strong marketing skills, be self-reliant, simultaneously handle multiple projects, and deliver the highest quality content.

Attention to detail, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into customer benefits are crucial. You will have the opportunity to become an expert on our capabilities, the markets we serve, and be able to translate this knowledge into high-impact materials that clearly communicate the value of our services. Candidates should be story tellers with a passion and strength in creating messaging and content that engages our audiences.

You will:

  • Own product marketing initiatives, working closely with product management, sales, and various communication teams

  • Create high-impact services positioning and messaging for our workforce, digital workplace, and collaboration offers

  • Develop messaging and creative guidelines for services including headlines, overview copy, benefit statements and proof points

  • Publish and manage collateral including datasheets, customer presentations, sales brochures, etc.

  • Draft services sales training material, enabling our frontline teams to position and effectively sell against the competition

  • Create messaging for integration into global marketing campaigns

  • Understand our customers and know their buying criteria

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in product marketing: assessing market requirements, investigating new technologies, developing recommendations for services direction, establishing plans as well as strategies and roadmap plan-of-records

  • Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with internal stakeholders, sales teams and customers

  • Understand the value of services to the customer


Desirable Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in IT Services

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing

  • Ability to influence others to achieve results

  • Driven to succeed with integrity
