T&M Federal Representative

Location: Remote - (U.S.)

Join us as a T&M Federal Representative on our virtual Time & Materials team in the U.S. (Remote) to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

This operations position includes a range of responsibilities; quoting and billing Dell Technologies’ Federal customers and partners who do not have maintenance contracts, working with these customers to come back onto Renewal contracts, leveraging the systems and processes to aid in that renewal opportunity.

You will:

  • Manage Federal customers who require technical support while not on a maintenance contract through the Time & Materials

  • Resolve questions or concerns from customers and partners process; Enable the high-touch Federal model, being the liaison for the customer with Field Sales, Renewals Sales, Legal and Support teams

  • Report on Federal and non-Federal cases for the North America / Latin America theater through various ERP systems and databases

  • Interact with customers over phone and email to advise about the Time & Materials policies, pricing structures, expired contracts and value of Dell Technologies maintenance support

  • Creating viable Renewal opportunities to hand off to the Maintenance Renewals team through the T&M Win Back program

  • Effectively prioritize demands and focus on maximizing revenue in a fast paced, high volume Time & Materials / Maintenance Renewal business

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience in a sales operations type environment

  • Strong communication, presentation, time management, and problem-solving skills; A keen focus on customer satisfaction and results

  • Highly driven with a positive attitude; ability to adapt to an ever changing environment

  • Skilled in navigating various IT systems and databases; good understanding of computer technology

  • Ability to work 7:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m. (EST)

Desirable Requirements

  • Additional language skills is a bonus
