Transformation Program Manager

ISG Transformation Program Management is a worldwide team that’s vital to the ongoing evolution of Dell Technologies. It has an impact on users, processes, technology and organizational change in business units right across the company. We lead on global, foundation programs, often valued above $50M, that use the Engineering Program Management protocol. What you’ll achieve
We recently unveiled our APEX vision that will enable customers to radically simplify how they consume and deliver IT through on-demand and as-a-Service offerings. Through a modern and seamless console experience, customers will consume industry-leading infrastructure offerings, provision resources, monitor systems, and manage their costs in real-time.

You will:
• Coordinate large, highly complex programs or potentially a portfolio of programs
• Oversee efforts to transform processes to modern “as a Service” models aligned with core corporate strategic goals
• Benchmark across leading cloud and flexible consumption structures to identify best practices and incorporate them into the proposed program solutions
• Use advanced change management practices to influence groups to quickly transform their tools, processes and practices, helping deliver a great customer outcome.
• Present updates and recommendations to executives and other key business stakeholders

Essential Requirements
• 7 to 10 years of related experience in a professional role
• Ability to solve complex business issues

Experience in delivering Cloud, as a Service transformations
• Good program management and process management skills
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to influence others and drive for results
• Experience with executive communications

Desirable Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a related field
