Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

What you’ll achieve
As a Consultant, Field Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of the go-to-market field marketing plans to support specific growth initiatives, localizing and adapting global content and programs that achieve sales demand.

You will:

•Analyze historical data with actionable insights to improve Marketing performance and efficiencies

•Develop AOP based on in-QTR and historical data, local market insights using research, demand reports, sales tools (IDC, GFK), and Retailer

•Track performance, trends, and insights of campaigns, LOBs, vehicles, spend, Sell-Out by Retailer –all contributors to daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly KPI growth

•Lead Readiness and OTL process throughout QTR with Media & Measurement, PGTM, GBO and GTM Country Team

•Utilize tools (IDM / MMM / OFA/ BERA) to support and deliver Marketing KPIs

•Planning partnership with Media & Planning, Vehicle Leads and Media Agencies to deliver a plan meeting business needs​

•Monitor and evolve Marketing Tools to ensure all data is captured, stored, and ready to be accountable

•Strategic insights with deep dive analysis on business metric linkages : egCalls vs Chats, ROAS, CRM RAD fcast & URM, ST & LT Brand investments delivering ROAS

•Support business BMS and Executive communication on marketing deliverables and effectiveness

• Extensive experience as a technology field marketing specialist with an outstanding history of success
• Experience working with sophisticated and multiple technologies across a range of industries
• Strong analytical and research abilities with a constant curiosity for learning within a fast-paced, evolving environment
