What you’ll achieve

    Develop service solution in Salesforce Service Cloud to support Service Delivery, Support, RMA, and Breakfix customer service usecases. Manage & Support Incident Mgmt process partnering with various IT & Business resources for Incident resolution. Provide Development support partnering with Product Owner, Tech Lead and Testing teams. Develop code to meet standards of US Federal compliance.

    Essential Requirements

    • 5+ years previous development experience with Salesforce.com
    • Experience with Salesforce.com administration.
    • Experience with Change Sets, ANT, GIT, JIRA, Bamboo and JIRA (Comparable experience is welcome)
    • Experience with Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL
    • Experience in technical analysis and object oriented programming as well as SFDC-related tools (Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench)
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery


    Desirable Requirements

    • Experience in Lightning component frame work and visual force
    • Previous experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud desired
    • Previous experiences with development of APEX Triggers and Classes
    • Ability to perform after hours tasks
    • Professional and courteous demeanor
    • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
    • Prior experience with Agile & BDD (Behavior Driven Development) preferred
    • Experience supporting SalesForce in an operational environment in DevOps model
