Product Offer Management Senior Advisor

Product Document Management is key to deploying and managing product data for initial release of our products and any engineering changes that follow. The team is also crucial to managing products and peripheral components though product release and the associated change activities post release. Put simply, they help to keep our game-changing products at their ground-breaking best. Along the way, the team works directly with diverse functions to help guide project management in the definition, design, building and shipping of systems configuration requirements.

What you’ll achieve

Offer Managers provide global oversight and facilitation of quality configuration control of Product Data (PD) for product’s initial release, engineering changes and deviations in support of new products. They work directly with leadership and senior leadership across marketing, sales, engineering, pricing, and demand/supply in support of new and sustaining offers. They also manage the strategic relationship between product marketing and sales on product offer strategy to help grow sales and gain market share.

You will work with GOPO on Consumer products in EMEA


You will:

  • Manage and be responsible for PD governance and cadence of customer offer types globally across company sales catalogs in conjunction with organizations such as sales, demand/supply, finance, IT, marketing, engineering and our outsourcing partners
  • Be responsible for providing strategic opportunities across catalog, supply chain types, and markets globally to help guide PG product marketing to develop and gain market share.
  • Manage PD long-term operational efficiencies and process improvements in support of revenue targets.

Essential Requirements

  • Advanced systems application knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of product data
  • Demonstrated capability to lead a program
  • Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience

Desirable Requirements

  • Advanced Dell Consumer systems application knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of Dell Consumer product data
