Channel Account Manager - Secureworks Sales - US Remote - West

Role Overview

The Channel Sales Manager, covering US West, will work in tandem with peer Direct Sales teams, and focused, enabled partners, to drive incremental business and net new logos.  

Role Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet sales quota
  • Maintains mastery of Secureworks offerings, presentations through formal sales certification
  • Recruit and actively manage key partners that meet Program criteria
  • Maintain 100% territory coverage through partners (no territory without a partner)
  • Run with 3 partners maximum in each selling territory
  • Drive consistent incremental ACV through each partner
  • Performance-manage underperforming partners
  • Own tracking partner success criteria wrt Program goal; and KPI weekly reporting
  • Own sales enablement of partners
  • Own weekly forecasting (in-quarter) reporting, per-partner
  • Own weekly pipeline (out quarters) reporting, per-partner
  • Coordinate Channel events with partners to develop leads and pipeline; report on event lead output
  • Run QBRs with top 3 incremental revenue-producing partners

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience (Channel, Partner, Distribution Management)
  • Minimum of 3 years of cyber security experience
