Lead Business Analyst- MDM

Key roles & responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for defining, prioritizing, and overseeing delivery of the strategic MDM capabilities required by the business functions
  • Establish Customer Master roadmap, aligning with business objectives and outcomes.
  • Lead/Support the creation and implementation of Data Model that helps support all business use cases
  • Lead or participate to synchronize requirements across disparate systems/processes to achieve single source of truth from master data perspective
  • Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs/projects with considerable impact across multiple organizations
  • Managing the prioritization of features based on the inputs and opinions from various stakeholders & programs utilizing ROI as one of the key criteria
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of best practices across key data elements and processes
  • Create, track, and maintain business and functional requirements documents with revision updates
  • Define features using data-driven frameworks
  • Write specs, user stories, and product planning docs
  • Work with business, technology and operations on driving data clean-up and validation efforts across various systems to achieve clean & complete Master Data
  • Identification, root cause analysis, prioritization, remediation planning and coordination, and execution of remediation activities for data issues
  • Ensure that system data documentation (metadata, dictionary, lineage) is maintained in accordance with established policies
  • Help resolve critical issues, providing conflict resolution
  • Support the development and maintenance of the technologies that automate data processes


  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ experience in area of Data Management
  • Hands-on experience in Informatica MDM is a must (ideally Customer 360 implementation experience)
  • Prior experience in Big Data technologies, Machine Learning and Analytics is desirable
  • Advanced skills in use of JIRA & Confluence
  • Clear aptitude for product management and understanding of SDLC
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, Lean principles, Rapid Prototyping and Design Thinking is a plus
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills with proven ability to take initiative and see projects through to completion
  • Experience in participating and leading Continuous Improvement Initiatives, leading problem solving and Root Cause Countermeasure discussions.
  • Great organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience working with and managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously across a matrixed organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others and work effectively across all levels
  • Strong analytical, problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other similar certification is a plus
  • Good exposure to data visualization tool like Tableau
