This position is the key, Sales Planning & Strategy role for the small business market offering.

Pushing forward key sales strategic initiatives and supporting the development of long-term sales growth plans. It's a far-reaching and varied field that includes developing and managing sales measurement models, analyzing our strategic priorities and identifying new areas of opportunity. From evaluating sales incentive plans to diagnosing sales force training needs, it's about improving both the quality and quantity of sales.
The responsibilities of the Planning Advisor are extensive as well as encompassing all our businesses and revenue streams. The duties thereof include but not limited to:
▪Responsible for the facilitation and collaboration required to ensure the proper business requirements are gathered, reviewed and clearly documented. These requirements will cover all aspects of people, process and technology go forward planning.
▪ Responsible for tracking and communicating program progress, adoption and adherence to standards across various levels of leadership and subject matter experts within the services support business.
▪Responsible for defining and tracking proper KPI's metrics and reporting.

Cross functional and virtual team collaboration


▪Successful candidates should have at least 5+ years of business experiences that include 3~5 years of planning experience at a consulting firm or manufacturing company.
Exceptional English language skills in both conversational and writing are required for the role. High level of Japanese language fluency will be a plus.
Strong business and financial acumen (advantage especially if developed within IT industry).
Rich experience in corporate planning as staff.
Strong analytical skills as well as solid project management skills.
High level of personal commitment to the work and sense of urgency are imperative for the position.
Strong work ethics and command skills.
