What you’ll achieve.
As an Analyst, Business Operations graduate, you will be required to work within an experienced team to deliver valuable data insights to the Dell Services Organisation. You will work with the Operational Excellence Business Insights team on a range of projects that will include executive data preparation, data analysis and machine learning projects.
You will:
- Gain an understanding of the internal processes of a large company like Dell Technologies. Collaborate across various teams to define future opportunities to improve customer experience. Learn how to communicate and collaborate with people from different functions, nationalities etc.
- Get exposure to working with new technologies to solve real business problems. Gain vital communication, data and project management skills developed through various meetings across the organization. Understand the key business functions and processes.
- In collaboration with others, interpret data and develop recommendations based on your findings. Learn new tools and languages. (including PowerPoint, Python, Power BI, SQL, Azure etc.).
- Perform tasks of varying complexity, requiring judgement with limited direct supervision . Participate in special projects as needed

Essential Requirements
- Bachelors Degree & graduated between 2023-2024 from full time education.
- Productivity and excellent communications skills. Ability to prioritize and maintain organization in day to day activities .
- Ability to follow process, policies and practices to achieve consistency and compliance. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate well with senior level team members
