Within the Service Organization (non-manufacturing) of Dell Technologies, the Global Process Engineering Team’s primary responsibility is to document, define, evaluate, and transform business processes. Using modern tools and technologies, the team models and simulates process improvements and quantifies valuable opportunities for the business.  Re-engineering business processes is a key deliverable while using effective Project Management principles.

What you’ll achieve
Within Global Process Engineering you will be part of a team that manages projects through effective cross-functional collaboratively teamwork using Process Engineering & Project Management principles. You will oversee initial plans, track project activities, and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

As a Quality Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing and improving business processes through data and automation. You will work with Dell teams across the Services Organisationto process re-engineer and set the Digitization and Ditigalization Strategies.

You will:

  • Optimise and Improve Business Processes through data
  • Manage projects to completion including:
    • Setting the Digitization and Digitalization Strategy
    • Program Delivery incl directly working with IT
    • Process Re-engineering
    • Solution Design and Requirement’s
    • Post-delivery Warranty/Sustaining
  • Conduct process mapping, simulation, and mining, for opportunities to improve/automate processes where possible (As is & Future State).

Essential Requirements

  • Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Process Engineering coupled with Project/Program Management experience
  • Knowledge of analytics
  • Willingness to learn and use new tools/ technologies

Desirable Requirements

  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum Methodology in Project Management
  • Familiarity with 6-sigma and DMAICR
  • Proficient in MS suite of applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power Bi)
