  • Execute distribution strategy aligned to key growth objectives - onboard 2-tier value added distributors to meet strategic goals and manage day-to-day business
  • Champion Secureworks solutions with distributors at all levels for the purpose of gaining the maximum exposure and positioning Secureworks as the security vendor of choice
  • Work with Regional Channel Account Managers and Field Sales Engineers to drive and ensure sales collaboration while valuating key growth areas and develop sales initiatives to drive financial targets and partner recruitment
  • Drive accountability between Secureworks and distribution partners through quarterly business reviews, mutual business plans and regular sales cadence
  • Optimize program benefits by building and executing market development plans tied to mutual goals, and measure return-on-investment
  • Act as the distribution advocate internally to ensure all processes, tools and resources support a positive experience for distribution partners
  • Provide on-going sales, security, and industry insight training to the distribution teams


  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in indirect routes-to-market including distribution, value added resellers, managed service providers and OEM/alliances
  • Must have the ability to travel 30% on average
  • Higher Education Degree from a University


  • Ability to think strategically, understand the big picture and connect the dots between strategy and operational priorities, as well as translate the strategy into effective execution and tangible outcomes
  • Creative thinking, flexibility, and adaptability, with the ability to bring new ideas and approaches to the table, as well as the ability to tailor the approach to meet Secureworks needs and quickly pivot as business circumstances evolve
  • Energetic, proactive self-starter with a proven track record for getting things done in a high growth, fast paced environment
  • Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and through presentations
