Position Summary

 The Email Regional Lead Assistant is part of the global marketing operations team but is a key partner for the EMEA regional and country teams on all topics related to email and marketing automation. This person will assist the regional strategist with the development & deployment of email journeys and provide unparalleled “customer service” to our internal stakeholders. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for driving production team and ensure they maintain best in class marketing automation processes and technology solutions. You must be an experienced project coordinator with excellent communication skills.  To be successful in this position, effective communication and high organizational and planning skills are a must.  You will be responsible for in-taking an email/campaign roadmap and making sure it is flawlessly executed.  You will be responsible for keeping production team members on schedule and must escalate any issues/delays immediately. You will closely partner with the email regional lead to develop training for the end to end process and make sure all stakeholders are onboarded.

The email regional lead assistant will be the point of escalation for any execution issues and provide process recommendations to solve reoccurring issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the Marketing Automation strategy in collaboration with the regional lead
  • Monitor workflow tool and make sure it is correctly updated and there are not issues with email campaigns execution
  • Help process coordinators acting as a liaison between them and Integrated Marketing Team and Regional Marketing Managers
  • Be the point of contact for regional stakeholders for the execution of email campaigns
  • Adhere to all deadlines.
  • Clearly communicate with stakeholders and team members.
  • Escalate issues immediately.
  • Work with the regional lead on sharing best practices and feedbacks to improve quality of current and future Marketing Automation plans
  • Regular check ins with regional lead to ensure deadlines are being met and help to reprioritize work where needed.

    Key Requirements

  • 2 – 5 years of background experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or E-Mail Marketing plus a preferred experience in project coordination
  • Preferred background experience in a marketing automation platform / e-mail deployment such as Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, 
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and standard of quality.
  • Strong emphasis on quality and consistency.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Global experience is preferred; regional at a minimum. You should be comfortable managing different time zones, cultures and work styles.
