EMEA Professional Services Delivery Lead - Dell Boomi

What you’ll achieve
As a Dell BoomiProfessional ServicesDelivery Lead, you will be part of the Boomi Professional Services (PSO) organization, lead a team of Technical Consultants in EMEA and report into the Dell Boomi EMEA PSO Director.
The Boomi Professional Services Organization (PSO) supports customers with a successful implementation of the Boomi platform. This can be an initial project, extensions, improvements, migrations or starting to use more elements of the platform. Ultimately the PSO team makes sure that our customers are successful in using the platform.
The EMEA PSO team consists of services sales, project managers, consultants (developers) and architects. The focus of this role would be to lead a team of consultants/architects and work together with your peers to deliver successful projects. You will ensure the team to have the right level of knowledge, hit their utilization levels, deliver according to the (quality) standards, handle escalations in cooperation with the PMO lead and safeguard customer satisfaction.
In normal, non-COVID circumstances, you are expected to travel around 20% of your time.
You will:
Be responsible for overall quality of delivery and working according to standards and best practices
Lead, develop and coach the team members, create a team spirit and drive the right behavior, support team members during difficult assignments, build customer relationships. Control the right capacity by hiring new team members based on backlog and outlook
Work with the services sales team on new bookings; provide leads from existing customers
Collaborate cross functionally in the PSO team to ensure knowledge sharing, creating new best practices, opportunities for team members to grow and create visibility
Actively drive further development of the Boomi and PSO org, build relationships outside PSO and collaborate Boomi wide

Essential Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in one or more of the following: Professional services/consulting, architecting, and delivering the solutions in the Systems Integration space, ideally in a SaaS environment
3+ years’ experience in leading technical teams
Experience managing a high volume of activity and a large number of projects, in a fast-paced growing organization. Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills appropriate to both technical and management clients. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
Aptitude both for analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms, and for mapping business requirements to technical features
Desirable Requirements
Experience with Dell Boomi, enterprise integration tools, middleware technologies, and application and data integration patterns including ESB, MOM, JMS, SOAP/REST web services, databases, ETL
Technical skills: database skills including SQL, data modeling, and databases (e.g. MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) and development scripting skills with Java, Groovy
Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CICD), Agile and DevOps methodologies
