Role Overview

The Enterprise Account Manager, has responsibility for prospecting and closing new business within an Territory of existing accounts. With the support of Sales Engineering and Demand Generation, the Enterprise Account Manager, will utilise a consultative and solutions sales approach to map Secureworks service offerings to the clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and sell into Mid-Market to Enterprise accounts in the assigned UK Territory
  • The candidate must be a strong account relationship manager with the ability to identify and close new business opportunities, while managing client expectations and satisfaction
  • Deliver on-line and face-to-face requirements and scopingworkshops,effectively map Secureworks solutions to meet prospects needs.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship tools for each prospect interaction.
  • Interface with business functions essential to achieve client success
  • As a managed security provider, Secureworks expects its employees to understand and apply commonly known security practices and possess a working knowledge of applicable industry controls, frameworks (MITRE, NIST). Employees will be expected to acknowledge their security responsibilities in writing prior to gaining access to company systems. Employees will be required to maintain a working knowledge of local security policies and execute general controls as assigned.


Essential Requirements

  • Knowledgeable about client security drivers, adopted technologies, industry regulations and business drivers.
  • Ability to confidently sell SaaS based security solutions
  • Accurate management of new business forecasting using SFDC
  • Excellent knowledge about the Managed Security marketplace in particular: Cloud Security, MSSP, EDR, XDR, SIEM, modern Security Controls and practices
  • Self-starter, results- and success- oriented with the ability to follow through on commitments.
  • Proven solid analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments.


Preferences

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems)
