Global HR Services, Regional HR Compliance Specialist

As we look to support Dell Technologies in new ways to align with our strategy, our Global Human Resources Compliance organization under Global Human Resources Services is building a new operating model, including three new roles to support our model. This is an exciting part of our strategy to ensure that we engage with our internal stakeholders early, often, and effectively to build and deliver comprehensive GHRC support. 

As a Regional HR Compliance Specialist, you will:

  • Act as coordinator for all internal, external, and statutory audits relating to HR data and responsibilities within aligned function/region.

  • Deconflict audit requirements and works for the HR functions in scope to best represent function and affect change when required.

  • Key stakeholder for development and implementation of statutory requirements, policy changes, and process implementation relating to identified enterprise risk areas

  • Primary point of contact for consulting HR organization and other Dell business units on regulatory change management, risk, and trends

  • Provide direct global/business/region support to assist in the development, implementation, and day-to-day oversight of ethics and compliance related activities.

  • Establish regional compliance infrastructure, tools, policies, training, communications and other resources in coordination with Global HR Compliance program

  • Assist the corporation/business/region in assessing HR risks and developing mitigating strategies.

  • Main point of contact and stakeholder during investigations and/or investigates allegations of unethical or illegal activity that lead to change management requirements within HR. Coordinates with legal and other substantive compliance experts in the business to ensure compliance with policies and the law. 

  • Support integration of the Dell Privacy Vision

The ideal candidates will possess:

  • 7+ years’ experience in HR in a multi-region/global organization

  • Excellent understanding of Global HR Compliance programs

  • Passion for excellence in all that we do

  • Ability to collaborate with leaders and team members at all organizational levels

  • Excellent relationship-building skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives 

  • Undergraduate degree
