Our Business Operations team within Business Support develops solutions to current and future challenges. We support activities ranging from marketing and manufacturing to maintenance and more. We define scope and objectives based on a thorough understanding of end users, business needs and processes. From analyzing, evaluating and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential

.ACCOUNTABILITIES Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members Reports and presents activities, issues and recommendations to senior leadership and executives Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of time, budget, and quality Drives and leads process improvement projects Analyzes data and provides interpretations and various reports for the business  RESPONSIBILITIES Provides leadership, advice and strategic direction to internal and external stakeholders on knowledge management issues Develops and maintains relationships with academia and industry associations Promotes knowledge management across organizations and among senior leadership Is able to demonstrate knowledge management cost benefit analysis Understands, builds, connects, and leverages other groups in the company in support of enterprise knowledge management Promotes knowledge management across organizations Typically responsible for multiple mid- large sized projects Impact is on multiple functions or processes Develops strategic direction and operation processes for the group Interacts and makes recommendations and presentations to senior leadership

 Typically requires 15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12+ years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8+ years experience; or equivalent experience
