The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell Technologies and recruiting new people to our global team. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics. Key Responsibilities

You’ll lead a team of managers, recruiters and coordinators responsible for delivering great, diverse sales talent in North America to fuel our progress to exceed our goals.  Playing a pivotal global role, you’ll partner with senior HR and business leadership, and across the enterprise with some of the smartest and most collaborative people in the industry, as you develop solutions that enable great outcomes with global impact.

You will:

  • Have a passion for data and problem solving, Love collaborating, and embrace diversity of ideas and opinions

  • Directs the effort of others in the achievement of the strategic and operations objectives of the group

  • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members

  • Supports the development of TA strategies for the organization in line with the business strategies.

  • Participates with leadership team in establishing strategic plans and objectives Engages with other HR senior leadership for overall alignment in HR strategies Establishes operational objectives and assignments, and delegates to subordinate leaders

Essential Requirements

  • 15+ years of talent acquisition or related experience

  • 7 years of leadership experience

  • 3+ years of experience supporting a dynamic B2B sales organization, preferably in a technical environment with exposure to global challenges
