Project APEX is defining the future of Dell Technologies – and the APEX Console is the central pane of glass for delivering all APEX offers to our customers. It’s a singular orchestration platform across the company for our customers to engage with Dell Technologies.
We are looking for an engineering leader to come lead Cloud Analytics for the APEX console & associated offerings. We are looking for a leader who believes that analytics is a core component to how we can optimize customers experiences and maximize the potential of our offerings. This leader will lead efforts to focus on critical technology needs and help build out customer experiences related to cross-domain analytics and building recommendation engines. This leader will also help coordinate analytics across many aspects of our customer experiences and enable out internal teams to leverage common tools/technology, standard practices, and techniques to maximize the value of data.

- Define and develop core cross-domain analytics capabilities
- Develop customer-facing analytics tools around optimization and recommendations
- Lead technology investments and decisions around core capabilities to enable ML / AI
- Develop internal-facing core analytics capabilities to enable other teams to leverage data sets
- Lead cross-domain analytics projects including data engineering & data analytics
- Develops long-range plans and creates specific strategies to achieve goals.
- Serve as technical consultant and technical leader
- Has full budgetary responsibility, authorizes the resources necessary to achieve organizational goals.
- Champions and develops innovative principles and ideas, links multiple and varied concepts to develop new and workable ideas.
