With a global remit, our Technical Program Management professionals lead cross-functional product design teams to develop and introduce game-changing new products and solutions. It’s about making sure we offer customers the right features, experience, quality, schedule, cost, continuity of supply, service capability and financials. And when products and solutions are in development, it’s about driving everything from definition through to planning, development and launch across global development centers and multiple lines of business. The team is also involved accurate shipping. All in all, it is a fascinating and incredibly varied area.
The Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) CTO organization is looking for a self-motivated individual with a track record of delivering on commitments to join our Technical Program Office (TPO) team. Individual will serve as technical program manager for several key cross-ISG projects in pre-Offer Lifecycle Process (OLP) phase and will work closely with counterparts across ISG to ensure programs are successfully transitioned to appropriate ISG Business Units for productization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Role will be focused on working closely with ISG CTO technical team members during pre-OLP development activities
- Responsible for working with technical teams to drive program schedules from pre-ideate phases through hand-off to BU’s
- Individual will manage key programs (2-3) at any one time
- Lead technical core teams through pre-ideate and ideate phases including definition/requirements, planning, development, and transition to into OLP
- Ensure all resources required for success are clearly identified and budgeted
- Develop pre-OLP deliverable documents, schedule timely executive reviews, and deliver appropriate reviews along with regular status updates
- Manage the creation, review and approval of all pre-OLP / Incubation Readiness Level (IRL) phase exit materials
- Manage major risks and issues through effective planning and timely escalation
- Ensure all post mortem findings and lessons learned are reviewed & improvements made in real time

Essential Requirements
- Leadership skills and a proven track record of managing complex programs/projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Top notch interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work across organizational and functional boundaries
- Ability to fully comprehend and embrace new technologies required to meet the long-term vision of ISG
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 15+ years’ experience in technical program / project management within a development organization
