Talent Development Special Programs Lead

Join a global talent development team driving strategic programs for Products & Operations.  In this role, you will help build and deploy talent development programs enabling our team members worldwide. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong foundation in business operations, program management and stakeholder management at all levels. This person has a proven track record of providing high quality experiences to our internal customers and is highly skilled at working in a matrixed organization to design, develop and deliver independently with little supervision and at all levels of the organization.  This person will ensure programs are thoughtfully developed, aligned with business need, and supported by senior leadership. The Special Programs Lead is a part of a global team of talent development team members that work across organizations to deliver best in class experiences.  The Special Programs Lead will collaborate with stakeholders to program manage all aspects of program development and deployment. This person will not hesitate to take a leadership role to solve issues as they arise and will demonstrate a sense of urgency and an ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands.


Manage all aspects of special program development from aligning executives to a core vision all the way to defining and executing a detailed deployment strategy.

Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across technical and operational organizations

Possess strong ability to influence and establish oneself as a trusted advisor

Drive complex program development with various levels of ambiguity confidently and with little oversight


Proven cross-functional and global program management skills

Works well with all levels of the organization and across cultures

Comfort with ambiguity - able to jump in and drive with limited oversight and flex as business needs change over time

Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience

Effective written and verbal communication skills


A mix of business operations and talent development experience preferred

Skilled use of Excel and advanced PowerPoint
