<業務詳細> 

  • デル製品をご利用いただいている個人及び法人のお客様に対応するコールセンター業務
  • クライアントプロサポートの製品を中心に、ハードウェアに関するお問い合わせに対して、電話、メール、チャットでの技術的なサポートを提供
  • 上位のサポートサービスを契約されたお客様に対しては、ソフトウェアを含めたサポートサービスを提供
  • 問題のトラブルシューティングを行ない、必要に応じて交換パーツ、オンサイトエンジニアを手配

【応募資格】

<必須>

  • チャレンジ精神、成長意欲、目標達成意欲を持つ方
  • PC関連の仕事に興味・関心がある方であれば未経験の方の応募も歓迎します。
  • パソコンの基本操作ができる方であれば経験は一切問いません
  • 人と話す事が好き、人の役に立ち感謝してもらえる仕事がしたい方
  • お客様の業務影響/立場を考慮し、柔軟な対応ができる判断力および応用力
  • コミュニケーションスキル(ビジネス会話、メール作成)

<あれば尚可>

  • テクニカルサポートコールセンターでの1年以上の経験
  • パソコン及びサーバー・周辺機器の操作、コールセンター業務に興味がある方、または、そういった趣味を仕事に活かしたい方
  • ハードウェアのトラブルシューティングに必要なPCアーキテクチャの知識
  • クライアント製品の広範囲なテクニカルスキル
  • 各種ベンダー資格 (Microsoft、CompTIA等)
