APOS Renewals Sales Representative (Commercial)
Job Purpose:
To manage APOS (After point of sales) Business with account ownership, managing the leads/activities from addressable market to deliver APOS Sales Number
The role involves profiling / quoting / closingAPOS sales opportunities and supporting individual segment sales team from margin perspective.
Roles & Responsibility:
Responsible for APOS business for respective team
Identifying and influencing customer key decision makers
Establish and develop customer relationships with appropriate customer contacts
Identifies segment sales individual strengths and weaknesses and implements appropriate action plan
Design, and deliver responses to ad-hoc training requirements as requests arise
Qualifying customer needs
Propose the most effective support services that meet the required customer needs
The ability to close is an essential part of this role
Establish and develop customer relationships with appropriate customer contacts
Manage customer expectation and enhance customer experience
Support/coach individual team members to sell various APOS services
Maximize the Customer Experience
Work closely with appropriate resources within the segment to meet customer needs/resolve issues
Utilize all relevant administrative tools and processes that support the sales environment
Serve as the single point of contact for customer care issues; escalate issues when they cannot be resolved quickly and efficiently; and communicate status to the customer - issues escalated to other departments Meet and exceed customer expectations


QUALIFICATION:

Skills required:
Strong previous experience in a commercial Sales Role
Good at problem solving and analytics.
Contract development and contract negotiation skills.
Good written and presentation skills
An excellent understanding of Dell's support and service
Proven thorough knowledge of Dell products and services
Good communicator, good at alignment with cross functional teams.
Able to work on multiple tasks, and understand priorities and able to communicate.
Highly motivated, able to drive results and execution without direct supervision.
Competence in the area of Ethics and Values will be important in this role
With +5 years in IT industry, distribution, Channel experience is an added advantage
Good Japanese language.

Read and write English ability preferred.
