What you’ll achieve

As well as building business with your partners, you will be working with other Dell Technologies functions including Sales Operations, Customer Care, Brand, Finance and Logistics to deliver a positive customer experience.

You will:

  • Achieve targets by selling, up-selling and cross-selling our technology solutions using outbound calling, consultative and influencing selling techniques to create positive results for Dell, our partners and our customers

  • Answer inbound emails and phone calls, manage potential channel conflict with other channel partners by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement

  • Maintain good business relationships with partners to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders

  • Work closely with partner account managers and partners to acquire new opportunities

  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners and ensures partner compliance with partner program agreements.

Essential requirements :

  • At least two years’ experience in selling to end-user customers, partners or distributors

  • Ability to act as a sales consultant to support partners needs

  • High school diploma: master degree

  • Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills

  • Good level of spoken and written Italian is a must and good level of spoken and written English

Desirable requirements :

  • The time management skills to meet multiple demands in a complex and changing environment

  • Experience in a cross-functional team or multi-cultural environment
