Join us as an Account Manager, responsible for the DACH region in EMEA, on our Inside Sales team in Munich to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

As an Inside Sales Account Manager you will sell products and services from the Boomi Portfolio and you will be responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.

You functions as the primary insides sales demand generalist and provides support to the field sales leader with all sales internal resources, in both strategy and executions. You may focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts  and work towards achievement of an individual quota Interacts regularly with the outside sales team

You will:

  • Continuously improve approaches and methods to selling company products and services; use thought leadership to build customer relationships and assist customers/partners in developing business solutions using company products and services
  • Coach others in closing complex deals and assist others in keeping up-to-date on company’s technology, products, and services
  • Exhibit a broad base knowledge of multiple or related industries as well as an acute business understanding
  • Organize internal/external resources in response to customer/partner needs and develop relations with key vendors to better position industry technology within company solutions
  • Focus self and team on the most critical activities that support the sales environment and the customer/partner

Essential Requirements

  • Solid understanding of the full range of products and services and the ability to identify how these products and services align to customer needs
  • Capacity to leverage cross-functional resources to achieve customer results
  • Ability to teach, coach, and motivate others to improve performance, including providing feedback and identifying development opportunities
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a relationship selling role
  • Fluent in German and English

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
