HR Digital Product Manager - Mobile Strategy

Location: REMOTE US

Key Responsibilities

Dell Technologies is leading the market in the adoption of emerging technology for employees. This role will take the lead on advancing the mobile experience of our team members for the HR applications in our portfolio (ServiceNow, Workday, Fieldglass, etc.). Other key areas of focus will be supporting emerging journeys orchestration engines and mobilizing our strategy to integrate our HR applications into Microsoft Teams.

You will:

  • Work across Dell Technologies to partner with stakeholders to enhance the digital employee experience for our team members

  • Work with leader on the execution of our HR Digital Mobile Strategy

  • Support configuration and maintenance of journeys in ServiceNow

  • Advise on industry best practices to integrate HR applications into Microsoft Teams

Essential Requirements

  • Experience as a product manager of ServiceNow, Workday, or Microsoft Teams

  • Experience with mobile user interface design and user-based design principles

  • Ability to gather and translate requirements into solution prototypes

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management

  • Ability to analyze usage/utility metrics and propose interventions to enhance end user experience
