What you’ll achieve

As an IT Technician, you will be the second line of IT support serving specific local issues. You will support factory needs on day to day responsibilities.

You will:

Provide ongoing support of the standard hardware and software needs of the factory
User service based on issued notifications with attention to SLA
Performing preventive maintenance, test and repair of IT department equipment.
Troubleshoot and support user groups
Support projects around factory and also be part of the User Acceptance Test and Post Install Test after changes happen.

Essential Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Hardware for desktops and laptops
Technical support knowledge (Service Now, SCCM, VoIP)
Ability to classify and prevent problems
Ability to work on two shifts
Good knowledge of English

Desirable Requirements

Powershell/CMD basic knowledge
Understanding of work specificity of the manufacturing environment
