Supply Chain Security Senior Advisor

What you’ll achieve

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the risk landscape facing modern supply chains and have a good understanding of how to help prioritize and protect against these threats. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, work efficiently under minimal supervision, be able to deliver results that meet or exceed expectations, be a strong team player, and actively participate in a fast-paced and challenging global environment.

You will:

  • Establish security measurements & metrics

  • Maintain awareness of emerging threats & vulnerabilities

  • Translate risks into business impact for senior leadership 

  • Recommend best practices & influence the organizations policy, standards, procedures and guidelines

  • Audit our and our partners sites on compliance to our security requirements.

Essential Requirements

  • University degree in Security Management, Supply Chain Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Criminal Justice or a related technical field (Master’s / post-graduate degree preferred)

  • 7+ years of professional experience in a supply chain and/or technical role required and 5+ years of professional experience in a security-related role or Cybersecurity.

  • Familiarity with leading laws, regulations, standards and best practices including, but not limited to: TAPA, ISO, NIST, PCI, Sarbanes Oxley, HIPAA, and EU GDPR.

  • Experience conducting security audits or site assessments as well as incident investigations

  • CPP, PSP, CFE, CISSP, CISM, CCSP certifications preferred

Desirable Requirements

  • Technical knowledge and experience with network security, authentication, security protocols, access control, cryptography, application security and data protection.

  • Knowledge of a common penetration testing techniques and tools and experience performing host, network, and web application penetration tests

Please be aware that ~25% of travel is expected for this role.
