Inside Sales Account Manager – Next Gen Sales

Our Inside Sales Account Manager team is the driving force behind our high-level customer interaction.

Join us as an Account Manager in our Nordic Next Gen Sales Team in Oslo to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve
As an Inside Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for selling Dell’s products and services while focusing on developing yourself and your career. You will support the field sales leader driving the Dell EMC portfolio and working effectively in a team environment towards supporting our customers.


You will: 

Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, sales qualifications and offer support to existing or new customers. Furthermore, you will generate incremental opportunity and revenue in underpenetrated accounts

  • Execute full sales cycle on opportunities within a defined value threshold and accurately update and utilize Salesforce.com to track all sales activities and opportunities
  • Consistently hit quarterly and annual activity metrics for customer calls, identified opportunities and revenue generated on solutions sold
  • Consistently maintain working knowledge of products and services, industry trends and competition in order to position Dell EMC products effectively with customers

Essential Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience within the technology sector in Sales
  • Clear communication skills & ability to challenge and influence others
  • Results driven
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian


Desirable Requirements:

  • Knowledge around storage and cloud
  • Bachelor’s degree
