 Supports HR production systems and/or development projects Designs, plans, tests and implements both new applications and enhancements to existing systems Provides HR systems expertise and knowledge of IT initiatives and capabilities in recommending new systems or system improvements Functions as internal consultant to HR service owners to deliver process improvement tools, methodologies and effective facilitation tools Responsible for vendor management Keeps up-to-date of industry trends and new methods in information systems and HR as well as business processes Maintains HR Master Data Management plan Creates custom reporting universe of Human Resources information Analyzes business requirements and determines hardware and software requirements to meet data management needs Develops or modifies processes to ensure the effective storage, retrieval and reporting of team member data Ensures integrity of HR databases, and provides HRIS systems support to HR Operations function May support specific HR information functions including: Reporting and Data analysis or Web design   RESPONSIBILITIES Provides project management support, analysis, user interface design and requirements gathering for  HR systems projects Organizes and assists in facilitation project meetings, demos and training sessions to end-users and various HR and technical support staff Tests and documents user acceptance test results Helps prepare documentation of solution requirements and specifications Develops and delivers communications to project team members
