Join us as a Data Warehouse Analyst and Scrum Master - on our Data Services team in Poland to be part of a global engineering team with a focus on Data Warehousing and Credentials Management.

What you’ll achieve:

As a Data Warehouse Analyst and Scrum Master for a position in our data warehousing team, You will be responsible for managing and applying Agile processes within the team. Key elements include facilitating communication between the team, stakeholders, product owner, and management, driving design and application of Agile platforms, and designing Agile reports and metrics. The candidate will work closely with the DW Product Owner, DW team manager, and DW team to drive DW process improvements, predictability, accountability, and delivery confidence. You will be working with a small, diverse, and geographically distributed team in an agile environment and expected be able to directly interact with business users and stakeholders to define, design, and deliver data solutions which support analytic and BI solutions.

Description

We are seeking a full-time Data Warehouse (DW) Analyst and Scrum Master. The individual will be responsible for managing and applying Agile processes within the team. Key elements include facilitating communication between the team, stakeholders, product owner, and management, driving design and application of Agile platforms, and designing Agile reports and metrics. The candidate will work closely with the DW Product Owner, DW team manager, and DW team to drive DW process improvements, predictability, accountability, and delivery confidence. The individual be working with a small, geographically distributed team in an agile environment and expected to be able to directly interact with business users and stakeholders to define, design, and deliver data solutions which support analytic and BI solutions.

You will:

  • Contribute to design and use of Agile tools/platforms
  • Assist the Warehouse Product Owner in backlog management
  • Coordinate Warehouse team meetings: stand-ups, grooming, and technical reviews
  • Maintain status read-outs and reports to team, management, and warehouse customers
  • Assist warehouse engineers in intra- and inter-team communication

Essential Requirements:

  • One or more certifications in Agile methodologies (ASM, CSM, ACP, ACC)
  • Experience and/or familiarity with Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and software development domains and technologies
  • Working experience with Atlassian Jira and associated plugins
  • 4+ years working experience in Agile methodologies
  • Ability to handle complex assignments and adapt in a dynamic, growth-oriented company.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Engineering experience with Data Warehousing, Data Pipelines, and/or Business Intelligence a significant plus
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle, virtualization, IT, and lab operations a plus
  • Minimum MS in CS or similar technical degree program
