What you’ll achieve
Leave a legacy by defining and creating the next 5-10 years of www.dell.com upper funnel online experiences!  This role will define, create, and manage the end to end e-commerce experience for Corporate Brand and Learn experiences on Dell.com, as well as partner closely with Dell Commerce and Digital organizations (DCE & DCX) in delivering the online journey and website capabilities for Dell customers.  The role will be responsible for understanding current and future ecommerce market trends and position Dell as a best in class leader in future website and digital experiences while setting the standard for all other websites and etailers to follow. 

You will:

  • Define and Drive short and long term product vision, strategy, goal setting and execution for the end to end brand and learn experiences
  • Use data and customer insights to find opportunities, track results and drive decision making around website experience
  • Represent and serve the needs of 27 countries across global Dell.com
  • Help strike a fine balance between engineering and product needs to ensure long term success of products across the globe
  • Help the teams prioritize, negotiate and remove obstacles to ensure quality product launches
  • Influence and assist in the development of the CSB Annual Operating Plans and Strategic pillars that serve as guiding principles.

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in e-commerce and/or Online Marketing
  • A track record of driving strategy, customer experience, and commerce capabilities for both Business to Business and Business (B2B) to Consumer (B2C) customers
  • Excellent communication and exemplary writing skills and an innate ability to make very complex concepts and offerings simple and intuitive
  • Understand macro-business economics and be able to build actionable business plans and prioritize and categorize in complex and highly matrixed environments
  • Possess technical knowledge and business understanding well enough to identify/define direction, requirements and gaps.


Desirable Requirements

  • MBA preferred, but not necessary
  • Experience working with multiple brands
