What you’ll achieve
As a part of the Customer Security team you will work with security and program leaders to Participate as a key Security Consultant on various programs, project & initiatives across Dell providing security guidance & direction while ensuring adherence to Dell’s security policies & standards, Define security requirements while engaging directly with stakeholders within Dell’s Business Units and the SRO Pillar organizations to ensure products, services and solutions are designed to adhere to Dell’s security policies and standards
You will:
Support data gathering and assessment activities in support of the Customer Security program, perform senior analysis of assessment outcomes, develop remediation plans, and be able to drive stakeholders through remediation implementation
Contribute to strategy, task execution, and documentation of program security support
Support production of security program artifacts such as assessment products to include introduction briefs, workplan briefs, assessment questionnaires, analysis briefs, workflows, remediation playbook, knowledge base documents, quick reference guides, ad-hoc reporting, weekly status reports
Support organizational adoption & integration activities to include messaging/communications, workshops across enterprise teams

Essential Requirements
7+ years of experience with Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity or similar field, or equivalent experience
Strong Influencing Skills. Strong written, spoken, and presentation skills.
Intermediate knowledge of cybersecurity key concepts
Collaborative work style
Understands market and industry trends
Desirable Requirements
Industry-standard cybersecurity certification from ISC(2) CISSP, SANS, or similar entity strongly recommended
Familiarity with information security policy development and governance standards
Technical expertise and familiarity with a variety of risk models and Information Security regulatory and compliance frameworks, NIST, ISO 27001, 27002
Preferred experience in security assessments with industry recognized frameworks: NIST, MITRE, STRIDE. Familiarity with Agile, JIRA/ADO, and sprint work methods
Bachelor’s degree
