The Digital Marketing Team at Dell is going through an exciting transformation, and we are looking for the best talent to help us build the Content Operations and Insights Team! This group will work as key partners in achieving our vision of developing the best digital content for our Customers on Dell's Digital Ecosystem.

What you'll achieve

As a Content Analytics Lead in the Digital Marketing Organization, you will help build a customer-centric culture that drives business growth based on data, helping cross-functional teams articulate the right questions and facilitate evidence-based decisions. A deep understanding of our customer's needs that translates into actionable insights and solutions will allow our teams and leaders to have the right conversations to make the best decisions for our customers and our business.

You will:

  • Be the key point of contact for all things involving digital content performance and attainment vs. the organization goals for your category.

  • Establish the data analytics strategy and framework for Website Content Performance, expanding on existing data schemas to ensure data pipelines are optimized, data gaps are plugged over time, and the right digital content metric and benchmarks are in place.

  • Help teams understand their data with dashboards and through exploratory analysis. Partner with Content Strategists and Content Designers to consult, develop and implement metrics, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to develop insights and recommendations with the right cadence.

  • Partner and participate in day-to-day decision-making and long-term strategic planning to enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources, compiling it into a digestible and actionable format, and overcoming ambiguity or incomplete data analysis requirements.

  • Identify new questions and problem areas for the business to improve our performance and select the appropriate analytical methods and models to set up, monitor, and analyze experiments that identify new business use cases and provide solutions that shape the future of our content.

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience as a business analyst, data analyst, statistical analysis role in areas of  Content Strategy, Website Design, Social Media, Website Customer Journey, Personalization, e-commerce, Brand Management, Media Performance, or a related Marketing discipline.

  • Proficient in visualizing and presenting data insights, KPIs, and measurements in an easy and compelling way.

  • Experience with planning, prioritizing, conducting, analyzing, and communicating research in a variety of contexts. Experience with quantitative research methods, A/B tests, and ability to connect and synthesize quantitative data with qualitative user research to uncover new insights.

  • Experience working with data engineering and IT data governance group teams to ensure marketing data is trusted and available in systems and data warehouses.

  • You are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution, sorting through ambiguously defined problems, and identifying market challenges and opportunities for our customers and objectives.

Desirable Requirements

  • Master's Degree, or Specializations..

  • Experience with linear regression modeling, A/B testing, Marketing Mix Modelling, Clustering & Segmentation.
