Finance Development Programs:

CFO Org Finance Internship Program​  

(Opportunity for undergraduate students to grow and develop their professional skills, both technical and soft skills.)​

• 4 months period​

• Project - based role​

• Formal and informal trainings​

JAN - FEB:  ​Recruitment​

MARCH:​ Orientation​

MARCH – June:​ Internship Period

FDP ​ - Finance Development Program​

(Deliver broad learning opportunities, skillsets and experiences that cultivate and develop business leaders.)

• 2 years period (Four six-months rotations)

• MBA type training curriculum​

Timeline​:

DEC – JAN / MAY - JUNE: ​Recruitment​

FEBRUARY & AUGUST​: FDP Orientation​

MARCH & SEPTEMBER​: Rotations Begin​

ADP ​ - Accounting Development Program​  

(Develop individuals with deep accounting knowledge and leadership capabilities through providing training, activities, and projects.​)

• 3 years period​ (Three twelve-months rotations​)

• MBA type training curriculum

AUGUST​: ADP Orientation​
