What you’ll achieve:
As a Program Manager you will drive programs and project manage product marketing initiatives focused on Dell’s AMD Server portfolio. You will own design and delivery of these programs focused on AMD Workloads & Solutions, working closely with other members of marketing, sales and product management teams.
You will:
Own creation of growth oriented marketing programs to grow the PowerEdge AMD portfolio.
Analyze business data, providing assessments of trends in Server workloads and solutions space, identifying, and explaining variances from goals.
Acts as a point of contact for the WW Alliances & vendor funding team.
Leads prep for the relevant Exec business reviews focused on key products in the Server portfolio
Elicits and documents business requirements to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends and insights that improve business performance
Designs and interprets business intelligence dashboards and reports to facilitate data review and analysis
Proactively analyzes trends, causes and variances to drive Server business. Develops database logic to extract required information for reporting
Core Responsibilities:
Grow Rev and Buyers for a focused line of Server Business through a variety of programs and initiatives.
Drives AMD focused programs in close collaboration with the respective regional Product managers and Field marketing managers in WW regions. Formulates conclusions and provides analysis on performance of these programs
Drive standardization, reapplication and best practice sharing between the regions on programs performance
Monitors Server industry trends at X86, DOHS and Mainstream form factor level
Provides recommendations to senior management on market trends, provide insights on competition, and work closely with technical product experts to leverage these insights into the program design.
Designs, drives and implements reporting to support the business. Collaborates with other groups, provides feedback to help improve processes
Essential Requirements:
8 to 12 years of related experience
Understanding of enterprise Infrastructure solutions and workloads and technical marketing experience in a technology company
Prior experience in driving Regional or global programs
Good understanding of the enterprise Hardware ecosystem and various vendors
Proficiency in technical illustration Proficiency in Excel
Strong influencing skills, and ability to work in a highly matrixed team environment
Strong technical aptitude, presentation skills, business acumen
