What you’ll achieve

Our Change Management team within Services Operations provides a framework and approach to support the services organization to prepare, plan for and adopt new technology and new ways of working to ensure the change is sustained and reinforced​. Working with our services teams we collaborate to identify all impacted stakeholders and conduct a robust change impact assessment to deliver a communication and training strategy which ensures that all teams are prepared for and embrace upcoming planned changes.  

You will: 

As a Change Enablement Lead you will be responsible for assisting in the technology and process enablement of Dell Technologies Services team members. The successful candidate would serve as a brand ambassador of Dell Technologies Services Change Management team creating and maintaining relationships with key business leaders and stakeholder groups.  

You will work with our services partners - BEN (Business Enablement Network), business owners, Global Process Engineering, IT and Tech Strategy Team, on services wide North Star technology transformation Programs, where you will: 

  • Develop and implement the change management enablement plan which includes:  Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Assessment, Communications & Training Strategies and User Adoption 
  • Ensure alignment of Change Management activities with overall IT project timeline and track & report key milestones, dependencies, assess change readiness and mitigate any risks in advance of go-lives 
  • Strategically plan key adoption metrics the business should track to ensure implemented solutions have a return on investment and address adoption challenges as they arise 
  • Drive continuous improvement of internal change management processes.

Essential Requirements 

  • 8 years’ Experience in program/change management  
  • Experience in transformational change utilizing Change Management Principles / methodologies and tools 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical messaging to non-technical audience. 
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills 
  • Creative mindset with keen eye for detail 
  • Strong organisational skills, managing multiple deliverables and deadlines

Desirable Requirements 

  • Project Management Certification  
  • Change Management certification (ProSci) 
  • Good Understanding of the Dell Technologies Services Organisation or External Customer Services Organisations.
