Senior Advisor, Technical Program Manager (Remote-United States)

The Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Security Governance Organization provides strategic direction and governance oversight to support security initiatives, policies, and security assurance across the ISG business units. What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Advisor, Technical Program Manager you will operationalize new and existing secure development lifecycle processes and manage program execution across the Infrastructure Solutions Group business units working on a comprehensive portfolio of cutting-edge technologies and products. You will establish partnerships with the Infrastructure SolutionsEngineering teams and leadership to align and prioritize security initiatives across the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to define strategies and drive execution of key security initiatives in the infrastructure solutions space.

You will:

  • Coordinate security workstreams across the Infrastructure Solutions Group Engineering and Security and Resiliency Organizations.

  • Perform program management functions including planning, briefing, data analysis, program compliance and regular communication with Infrastructure Solutions Group Engineering teams

  • Lead global cross-functional teams in the design and execution of security governance processes and policies 

  • Work with the leaders across theInfrastructure Solutions group on security initiatives to modernize processes aligned to policies and values across business units toenable excellence in security assurance practices

  • Manage the dependencies and interfaces between cross-functional Infrastructure Solutions Group security programs where relevant

  • Drive corrective actions and proactive risk mitigation; help prioritize decisions and ensure accountability to performance metrics demonstrating continuous improvement

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree

  • Proven track record of program management overseeing and executing complex, cross-organizational initiatives within a large enterprise setting

  • Ability to work virtually with cross-functional global teams

  • Strong change management skills with ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to engage with people at all different levels of the organization including briefing and presentation skills

  • Excel at building relationships and influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups


Desirable Requirements

  • Security and/or information management experience

  • PMP certification preferred
