The Digital Marketing Team at Dell is going through an exciting transformation, and we are looking for the best talent to help us build the Content Operations and Insights Team! This group will work as key partners in achieving our vision of developing the best digital content for our Customers on Dell's Digital Ecosystem.
As a Content Insights Lead in the Digital Marketing Organization, you will help build a customer-centric culture that drives business growth based on data, helping cross-functional teams articulate the right questions and facilitate evidence-based decisions. A deep understanding of our customer's needs that translates into actionable insights and solutions will allow our teams and leaders to have the right conversations to make the best decisions for our customers and our business.
You will:
Build a deep understanding of our users' needs, motivations, and goals, turning quantitative and qualitative user research into insights and artifacts that will shape our digital content future.
Create a customer-centric culture by delivering compelling insights and building the Insights Council and Insights Central, a place that shares, documents, and tracks learnings gathered through testing and research so insights can easily be referenced and applied for future projects and across lines of business
Develop and innovate on our mixed-methods user research practice and define, plan, and conduct exploratory user research in partnership with our Insights community.
Be a key partner with our content strategy and development teams to create relevant and engaging content for our customers, informing day-to-day decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
Be the central point for trends analysis and consolidation of insights, focusing on content for customers, category, and competitive dynamics.

Essential Requirements
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant applied experience in Marketing, Market Research, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Social Science, Content Strategy, Website Design, Social Media, or a related discipline
Proven experience in user research, primary and secondary, with the ability to synthesize quantitative data with qualitative data to drive breakthrough insights
Proven experience with balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution, sorting through ambiguously defined problems, and identifying market challenges and opportunities for our customers and business
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs, communicating insights and recommendations through clear visualizations and presentations appropriately designed for executive-level audiences
Capable of taking on loosely defined problems and translating complex thinking into practical application for diverse audiences
Desirable Requirements
Master's Degree, or Specializations.
Strong foundational knowledge of demand generation and conversion methods, customer journeys in B2B or B2C.
