Senior Principal Product Development Manager

Are you a futurist? A forward thinker? Do you thrive on leading transformational change? If so, you may be just the talent we’re looking for!

Are you an accomplished engineer or development lead looking to scale your scope and technical/executive network, or perhaps preparing to become a people leader? If so, let’s talk!

While a traditional Development Manager (DM) focuses on delivering a select few products, in this DM role you’ll instead affect the underlying workflows/processes by which all other DMs and our Hardware Engineering teams operate. With full and direct SVP support, you will lead! By partnering across organizational boundaries and influencing decision makers of all stripes, you’ll help ensure ISG’s hardware solutions remain customer relevant 5-10 years from now.

What you'll achieve

You will:

  • Account for multiple complex initiatives and ensure the leaders of each are successful
  • See that interdependent deliverables are tracking across products/solutions/functions
  • Drive organization-wide solution readiness
  • Ensure key corporate initiatives are comprehended
  • Define program risk management plans and drive mitigation and resolutions
  • Proliferate best practices
  • Define consistent and accurate cross functional program metrics
  • Make significant contributions to defining organizational goals and objectives
  • Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives, with limited direction
