What you’ll achieve

We are currently seeking in Latam a Senior Advisor, Sr Project Manager to join the Portfolio Delivery Office in the Security and Resiliency Office. The Sr Project Manager will join Dell’s Security & Resiliency Office to deliver critical initiatives aligned to Dell’s Security roadmap. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and fast-moving, with the ability to lead projects and eager to be part of a growing Security team.

You will:

  • Responsible for managing large security cross functional projects through a defined project lifecycle.

  • Facilitate scope/schedule/status development and execution of assigned projects

  • Ensure project deliverables are tracked and delivered as expected

  • Communicate status, issues, risks early and often to multiple levels in the organization

  • Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting project/program andFacilitate partner alignment and maintain partner relationships

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing, shifting priorities and flexibility across time zones

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to be able to present at senior leadership levels

  • Results-driven and accountability-minded

  • Prior experience in security, infrastructure, or risk project management highly preferred but not required

Desired Requirements

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience with waterfall & agile methodologies

  • IT Background
